Meet The Team

Tim Scharle
Office Manager

Tim joined The Benefits Group in April of 2016 as the Marketing Director for the agency. Since then, his role has grown to include managing the Customer Service division, overseeing office IT, and administering our value-added solutions to clients. He lives in Clarks Summit, PA and is happily married with four children.

Amanda Ulmer
Account Manager

Amanda has been an Account Manager at The Benefits Group since August of 2017. Her role is to be your point of contact for any enrollment, billing, or service issues. She has been in the insurance field for over 10 years and enjoys helping with any insurance coverage issues. When not working, Amanda enjoys traveling with her fiancé and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Todd Shestok
Account Manager

Todd has been an Account Manager at The Benefits Group since February of 2011. His role is to be your point of contact for any enrollment, billing, or service issue. He has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and enjoys helping with any insurance issues you are having. Out of the office, Todd enjoys as much time as he can with family and friends.

Account Manager

Devan became a member of The Benefits Group in August 2020 as an Account Manager. She has been a customer service advocate within the health insurance world for 8 years, and enjoys offering customized solutions for businesses and their employees. During her time off from The Benefits Group, Devan enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and family.

Customer Service

Carol enjoys helping business owners, human resource managers, and their employees with any insurance coverage issues they are facing.
